Ive seen a few ATM Machines around that have issues. This one is in Melbourne, Australia in the window of a furniture store located in the suburb of Derrimut. It seems to be abandoned as it has been this way for at least 3 months! Incredible that it can sit there this long chewing up power, someone has to pay for it? Anyway, checkout the pics.
